Horsham Tai Chi
25th Aug 2017
Are you looking for a fun, relaxing session each week where you can improve your health and meet new friends? Then why not come and join the Tai-Chi group which takes place on a Friday morning in Horsham. You will learn this martial art which uses slow deliberate repetitive movements and is based on coordination and relaxation rather than muscle tension.
Just by doing this you will find out how it makes your health better as it improves the expansion and contraction of the arteries which is an important indicator of good heart health and increased knee muscle strength. It also gives you better blood pressure and pulse pressure.
The Tensho-Chi group is based at the Unitarian Church in Horsham, opposite Horsham bus station and the library and the cost is £8 per session on a pay as you go basis or you can pay upfront every half term which works out at £6 per session. The session runs on Fridays from 10am to 11am under the watchful eye of Paul Elliott. If you have any questions about this session please contact Paul Elliot 07778058482 or Email firstname.lastname@example.org
