Greenway Academy won this year's primary schools archery virtual competition after 32 of its lower school children contributed scores across four group sessions led by HDSD coach Ian Ford. Each child shot three practice arrows before recording six scoring arrows - white ring scoring 2, black 4, blue 6, red 8 and gold 10. All the Greenway children did well and average score per arrow worked out to be 2.73. No other schools entered the event this year but this takes nothing away from the fine effort and achievement that the Greens put in. You've got to be in it to win it and Greenway certainly was!
