One in four people experience a mental health problem in any year, which means there are millions of people involved in grassroots football who might be affected. The FA is encouraging all those involved in the game to be confident and comfortable talking about mental health in the same way that people discuss physical injuries. They would like to hear from people involved in grassroots football to help shape their work.
The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete and in return for feedback, they will randomly select a number of people that have completed the survey and make a donation to a mental health charity on their behalf.
